Introduction
Sense insoles have been designed using a high-quality Schein base which can then be constructed to the practitioner’s specification, enabling you to stipulate any additional components to suit their patient’s needs.
The Sense Heel Pain Pro has been specially designed for use in case of overload symptoms or pain in the area of the calcaneus/plantar tendon attachment.
Overview
- Supporting insoles produced using the film technique
- Glass-fibre-reinforced plastic core
- Relief of the plantar fascia and central heel
- Heel padding made of PU cushioning elements (p² resorb/PX absorb)
- Anatomical rubber padding
- Can be thermally moulded
Heel Pain Plus Shell
The newly designed Heel Pain Pro shell is neater fitting than the standard Sense Heel Pain shell.
Underside and Shell
The Glass-fibre reinforced plastic core provides improved support and durability and the P2 resorb on the underside of the heel.
Second layer of cushioning
The addition of PX-Absorb with its high shock-absorbing slow return on top of the P2 resorb provides superior attention of shock and pressure redistribution at the heel. The plantar fascia cutout provides additional relief.
The thin forefoot ensures the Sense Heel Pain Pro will fit in a wide range of footwear.

Heel Pain Pro vs Heel Pain

- Thinner forefoot as the top padding no longer extends to the toes allowing for a thicker top layer to be used
- Stronger, more durable, supportive shell
- Neater waist profile
- Higher heel cup
